Executive Director – Katie Karls

The Executive Director provides over all leadership of Habitat for Humanity of Fond du Lac county and its mission, vision and values set forth by our Board of Directors. In addition, Katie reports to the President of the Board of Directors and is responsible for overall staff management, grant writing, internal and external public relations, donor solicitation and recognition, budget development, over all budget management, oversight of the ReStore operations and insuring that board policies and goals are implemented by its committees.

Volunteer and Outreach Manager – Maggie Piery

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Volunteer and Outreach Manager will serve as Habitat for Humanity of Fond du Lac’s, community ambassador and collaborative leader of all of HFHFDL volunteer programs. The Volunteer and Outreach Manager contributes to realizing HFHFDL’s mission by recruiting volunteers to support HFHFDL’s new build, revitalization, and ReStore projects. This position is responsible for creating a positive volunteer experience and growing HFHFDL’S reputation as an affordable housing leader across fond du lac county. In addition, the manager will ensure a robust, continuous volunteer pipeline by deepening volunteers and the community’s commitment to our mission and complete the work of HFHFDL.

Office Manager – 

The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the office. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Office Manager is responsible for administrative support such as, bookkeeping and maintaining an orderly office environment. The Office Manager also works with individuals/families that are interested in learning more about the housing and services provided by Habitat for Humanity.

Construction Site Leader – Gary Roehrig
The Construction Site Leader manages the day-to-day operations on Habitat Build Sites including planning and organization for the build, leading volunteers and contractors during the build, and maintaining build records. The Construction Site Leader reports to the Executive Director.

Assistant ReStore Manager – Mike Boede
The Assistant ReStore Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the ReStore including sales tracking/reporting, scheduling, and retail operations. Working in conjunction with the ReStore Committee and reporting to the Executive Director, the ReStore Manager maintains adherence to the annual budget and makes recommendations regarding improvements or adjustments to ReStore operations.
