President – Stephanie Albers (Horicon Bank)

Stephanie Albers works for Horicon Bank as the Premier Banking Officer with more than 10 years banking experience. She has a passion for helping people and serving others. She is involved in many community boards and activities such as: playing flute/piccolo in the Fond du Lac Symphonic Band, singing with South Shore Chorale, singing with the Jazz Choir at Holy Family Catholic Parish, serving as Co-Chair for the Fond du Lac Money Smart Week Committee, serving as Co-Chair for the Leadership Fond du Lac Alumni Empty Bowls Annual Fundraiser, serving on the Advisory Board and as a mentor for the Women’s Empowerment Series, serving as a board member of the Fond du Lac Noon Kiwanis, is a 2011 Graduate of the Leadership Fond du Lac Program and MORE! She graduated from Marian University with two bachelor’s degrees, one in Music and one in Marketing. She is happily married to Jeffrey Albers and they have two handsome boys. She loves to sing, go camping, hunt, be outdoors, and spend time with family and friends.

Treasurer – Cyndi Hintz, CPA (Huberty)

Cyndi is Huberty’s Director of Assurance and has been with the firm since 2005.  In that role she oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial statement practice.  Cyndi has spent over 20 years working with not-for-profits.  In addition to serving on the Habitat for Humanity of Fond du Lac County Board of Directors, Cyndi is Treasurer of Kiwanis Club of Fond du Lac and as volunteer Controller for her church. Cyndi lives in the Fond du Lac area with her husband, Corey, and two sons, Andy and Josh. They are avid Brewers, Packers, Bucks and Badger fans.

Secretary – Tom Walker

Tom Walker is Quality Manager at GREIF. Tom has been a Quality Professional with 34 years of manufacturing experience, with industries ranging from graphic printing to machining of engine components to aluminum foundry to paperboard tubes and cores.  Through these experiences he has been the change agent for process improvements; this has lead him to follow the words of Socrates “The secrets of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” Tom has lived in Fond du Lac for 23 years. He has held several leadership position in non-profit organizations.  Starting with the Boys Scouts of America, Tom was a Pack Committee Chairman, in Appleton, for 4 years where he and his team were able to implement a successful non-traditional fundraising campaign. During this time scout enrollment tripled.  He has also served as the Chairman of the Church Council and the Personnel Committee at Ascension Lutheran Church as well as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Elks.  Tom is looking forward to utilizing his skills for process improvements to strengthen our local organization, and fulfill the mission of improving lives for families in Fond du Lac County.
