What is the ReStore?
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore accepts donations of new, gently-used, and salvaged building materials as well as home improvement goods such as furniture, home accessories, and appliances which are then resold at discounted prices. The Habitat ReStore provides a consistent revenue stream, with all profits funneled into the home building program in Fond du Lac County.

Does the ReStore pickup donations?
The ReStore is able to pick-up donations and deliver items sold in the ReStore.
From what geographic area does the ReStore pick up donations?

Can I schedule a set time for pickup or delivery?
Deliveries and pick-ups are based off of a schedule. In order to schedule a pick-up or delivery, one must call the ReStore to do so. Lead times will vary depending on the load of the schedule at the time.
Is there a fee for pickup or delivery?
We ask for a monetary donation for pick-ups and deliveries based on pick-up/delivery location mileage from the store.
What do you accept for donations?

What days can I drop off items?
We accept items during our normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
What electronic-waste items does the ReStore take?
The ReStore is currently not accepting TVs, computers and computer monitors, notebooks/laptops, printers, microwaves, VCR and DVD players, video game systems, telephones and fax machines, cameras and camcorders, and cell phones. The E-Waste program has been discontinued temporarily until we are fully settled into our new location. Once we have settled and are completely organized, we will be reevaluating the program and deciding whether or not we will be reinstating it.
Do you have a return policy?
All sales are final. The only exception is appliances for which we offer a ten day return policy.
Do you barter on prices?
We do not barter on prices as that takes away from our mission. We price items 50-80% below retail and do automatic reductions monthly.
Where does the money go?
ReStore income is used to support Habitat’s affordable housing projects in Fond du Lac County. Every donation is re-sold, with the profit used by Habitat to build decent, affordable housing.
