Fond du Lac Lady Lightning & Fondy Bolts Donated Funds from Hockey Tournament

During the weekend of October 22nd Fond du Lac Women’s Hockey teams brought together 9 women’s hockey teams for the 11th year in a row to raise money for a great cause while having fun with good competition. The ladies chose Habitat for Humanity of Fond du Lac County to be the beneficiary for the 2011 tournament. The money was raised by entrance fees from the teams and great raffle items.  The event raised $1,000.00 which will help benefit the 2012 house builds in Fond du Lac County. The teams who joined the Fond du Lac Lady Lightning and the Fond du Lac Bolts were from Appleton, Green Bay, Indianapolis, Illinois, Madison and Milwaukee.  Members of the Fond du Lac teams are: Jodie Voight, Stacy Luther, Dawn Lakin, Kathy Cook, Jill Steffes, Sarah Kirchhoff, Katie Hari, Rachel Wise, Barb Lettau, Lynn Biolo, Dee Deanovich, Lori Dewitz, Julie Balson, Sam Lakin, Meg Bertram, Donna Whealon, Chris Larson, Sandy Walloch, Erica Holmquist, Lauren Borrelli, Laura Mickelson, Michelle Haugen, Kendra Kuenkle, Beth Smit, Leah Goral, Allison Miller, Bria Schaub, Jessica Lawrence, Stephanie Brunette,  Theresa Scholler, Linda Kurtz, Cassie Frank, Shelly Narbatovics, Janella Massey, Kayla Thorson, Becky Edwards and Christie Kaufman.  Habitat would like to thank the Fond du Lac Lightning and Fond du Lac Lady Bolts and everyone who participated.
